Excellent service, can't fault that at all but one of the items navy/white stripe dress had an awful smell about it!! I like the dress so I'll wash and keep it but very weird. Other items all good.

Yours really need to change their delivery service, I wiated in all day and my parcel didn't get delivered, had to get in touch with your and even they couldn't find out where my parcel was, they use Yodel, Yodels excuse was they couldn't find our address even though Yodel have been down our street on numerous occasions, my husband had to go to their depot and pick it up, please please Yours change your courier to anyone that knows how to get to my address,
